  Central Pain Syndrome (CPS) is a neurological condition that is characterized by chronic pain, which is often described as burning, tingling, or stabbing sensations. The pain can be constant or intermittent and can be localized or spread throughout the body. CPS is caused by damage to the central nervous system, which includes the brain and spinal cord, and can be a result of trauma, stroke, or disease.
